As an assistant manager HSE at LNT Geostructure, I oversee the safety compliance and performance of the company's geotechnical engineering projects across India. I have more than twelve years of experience in the field of industrial safety, with a focus on Construction, high rise buildings solar power plant safety, environmental management, and fire protection.In my current role, I lead the safety audits and inspections, implement the safety training and awareness programs, and minimize the safety risks and hazards for the employees and contractors. I have contributed to the successful completion of several major projects, such as the metro rail, the flyover, and the bridge construction, by enhancing the safety culture and standards of the organization. I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a diploma in mechanical engineering, and an advanced diploma in industrial safety (ADIS) from RLI Kolkata. I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for all and eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the field of safety.
