I am working with a leading credit card issuer and network provider for the last 17 years currently functioning as Program Manager for a Compliance Adherence Program focusing on faster resolution of issues with Compliance exposure and remediation of impacted customers within FDIC defined SLAs. I have also worked as SAFe Delivery Manager on multiple strategic programs for this client. These programs focused on large scale portfolio conversions from one credit card issuer to another. Over 10 Million customers were converted under these programs. I also managed deliveries of a new card product with a strategic hoteling partner and a new unsecured consumer personal loan product in the market which won internal Chariman's award for innovation in 2017.I also Managed security infrastructure and software upgrade along with migration of 150+ applications to the new platform including third parties.
