At ITP, I was in charge of the execution of various B to B events organised by the group publications. Some of these events were co-branded with leading clients.My work involved a lot of travel within India.

My role is to improve productional and operational efficiency while leading a team of Production Executives to ensure that high standards are maintained and new frontiers pushed in the execution of our events.

In this position, my role has been to build relationships with our current clients and pitch for repeat business. I have worked with more than 20 companies in the past year. In this position, I act as the liaison between the client and the production team to ensure that the best quality event is delivered and timelines are met. While in this position, I was also heading the design team. I am proud to have been associated with the following clients in this role.• Tourism Ireland, on The Gateway of India Greening and their Trade Mission• South Africa Tourism, on their Roadshows, Cocktail Events• Kanakia Group, for the launch event of their two most recent properties

I worked as a graphic designer, designing all event paraphernalia. My role was not just to work on event graphics, but also to develop two of our company websites, logos and 3D graphics used in the pitching process. Some of my key achievements in the design department have been:• Building a design team at Pegasus• Managing the design requirements for more than 100 events• Using 3D design as a key component of the pitching process• Innovating on stage setups and designs
