Every day gives me an opportunity to make a difference to people's lives by enabling a positive change for them. The change could be a game changer like providing an access to a career opportunity or simplifying their lives by solving grievances, formalizing process/ policy, on-boarding, staff development, retaining the talent etc. I love the challenges of setting up units from scratch including ODC, project ramp-ups etc. in liaison with the relevant stakeholders ranging from in house business leaders to onsite clients from different geographies. Over the years my analytical and presentation skills with a keen problem solving ability have made me capable to work independently/ as a team Lead/ Team member and eventually take a task to completion.
