As an educator with a passion for experimenting with innovative teaching-learning processes, practicing at Jnana Prabodhini Schools and various educational outreach programs since 1999. Currently, I am the Centre In Charge at W. N. Dandekar Teachers Training Centre, Jnana Prabodhini, Pune, where I focus on advancing teacher education and school enrichment designs, fostering educational innovation.My multidisciplinary academic background (M.Sc., M.Ed., M.A.) has enriched my perspective and approach to teaching and curriculum development.As a member of esteemed committees such as the Exhaustive Committee at Jnana Prabodhini, the Society for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti under the Ministry of Education, GOI, and the Curricular Area Group for the National Syllabus and Teaching-Learning Committee (NSTC) for NCF-SE, 23 for NEP 2020, I contribute to shaping educational policies. Additionally, by mentoring various educational institutes such as VKVs, DAVs, and Paramita Schools across different states through teacher training, I actively participate in enriching the learning culture by advocating diverse teaching-learning practices.My areas of special interest include activity-based science and social science teaching, project-based learning, experiential learning, technology-enhanced teaching-learning, self-study skills, and the Bhartiya system of education. I am committed to creating an inspiring educational environment that encourages innovative educational practices.
