Motivated by the numerous freelance opportunities I had received, I decided to start a boutique multi-disciplinary graphic design business specializing in creating clean, modern brand identities and associated brand collateral for emerging companies.

Key responsibilities include:- Schedule meet-ups for the Local Group.- If a Local Group member decides to create a Local Group meet-up, I need to provide assistance to the member so that the meet-up runs as smoothly as possible.- Set up and maintain a Facebook and a LinkedIn group for our Local Group. This allows Local Group members to stay in touch and also facilitates the creation of meet-ups.- Link up with our Country Manager to discuss the updates on what the Local Group has been up to.

To supervise a team of graphic designers, photographers, social media managers and external agencies, make sure they meet the design brief and adhere to the brand guidelines. Plan design solutions for upcoming launches and events for the company including designing logos, menus, social media posts, brochures, e-mailers and other marketing materials required for our restaurants and catering division. Also, ensure the printing collaterals are being printed and delivered on time while sticking to the allotted budget for each campaign.

Designing a report for a United Nations conference held in Bangkok, Thailand on a Regional Workshop on Business and Human Rights: Moving Ahead with National Action Plans in ASEAN under the United Nations Development Programme.

Responsibilities included - to explore and conceptualize design options for various clients on a variety of projects which included branding, web design, packaging, layouts etc.- to work independently or in conjunction with the Creative Director and fellow Designers to ensure the overall aesthetics and creative brief for a project is met.- to guide junior designers and interns.
