Involved in Global product development processes, where the parts are reviewed and validated at each gates of development processes involved Wheels, Hubs, Axles, Brake components, APUs, ABS systems. The analysis for strength calculations, Vibration Fatigue calculations, Frequency responses and Brake thermal analysis. Successfully developed methods for Wheels and Hubs fatigue life calculations for LBF load spectra and results are compared and validated with LBF test laboratory.Also contribution towards Chassis frame and its equipment like Fuel tanks, Ad-blue tanks, Spare wheel carriers strength and durability calculations and validated the results with Accelerated Endurance Tests at Volvo Proving grounds.
