• Financial planning and budgeting discussion with onshore before the financial year starts and helping them to get uploaded into system• Finalization on Revenue numbers – extraction and review of invoices which need to be booked from Immedia business object, same will be finalized with onshore before uploading into ERP• Reporting landing expense number to the Client with appropriate supporting for the expense occurred• Investigating and providing detailed commentary of the expense analysis • Standard and adhoc journals preparation/review and assuring of its posting into the ERP system • Balance Sheet accounts’ reconciliation and uploading the same to Blackline tool for further review• Monitoring P&L position every day and reporting of unusual transaction for their correctness required, if any• On weekly basis, reconciling among HFM, ARR and SAP numbers• Monitoring position between Invoices and SAP General Ledger• Working with Finance Heads with regards Global Expense Reports• Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)• Preparation of FTE reports and analyzing • Necessary commentaries on Personnel Expense head based on FTE movements • Monitoring month-end activities performed by the team• Discussion with the Clients on Service Level Agreements (SLA) for month-end activities• Review and uploading of Team activities into Accenture portal• Reviewing and managing team Dashboard on Daily basis• Conducting team huddles and assigning tasks to team members on daily basis• Monitoring and follow-up of Invoices which are on hold and overdue for payment of all the regions and processing the same• Interface of the invoices into the system• Handling closure of AP books on quarterly, monthly and annually• Handling payment batches• Generating hourly data of Invoices and sending it to Client review • Responsible for MIS for client • Knowledge Transfer to Clients of the process
