Providing Legal Support on al fronts to various businesses (Agriculture, Life Sciences, Consumer Retail, Automotive, Minerals) of Company. Drafting, Reviewing and executing Contracts, MOUs, POAs, Leave and License Agreements, Non-disclosure agreements, Service and Master Service Agreements, Quality and Technical Agreements. Worked in matters of Original Suits and Writs in the High Court of Madras, largely involving Property Laws, Trademark and Insurance cases.

I learnt about how a legal department of a Corporation/ Company works and also helped with the research and drafting work. Got a lot of in-house research work.
