• Providing assistance to franchise in:
• Making the store presentable; them in terms of merchandising, stock turn, area up keep (house keeping), training, grooming and motivating the staff. Monitoring the P&L of these stores
• Liquidating the old merchandise (sleepers, questionable) by conducting and managing the EOSS.

Mangalore Area, India

• Strategising the long term business directions of the South Karanataka & Goa regions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objectives.
• Implementing the organisational retail strategy by finalizing the property, rentals, feasibility (ROI) and franchise for EBO; monitoring tasks pertaining to sales planning & forecasting, stocking, visual merchandising.
• Handling the proper product mix, controlling the damage of stock during transit and devising plans for proper goods transport keeping in view the freshness of stock.
• Identifying and networking with reliable dealers resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
• Taking care of retail & merchandising at NTO (Non Traditional Outlets) like Pantaloons, Big Bazaar, etc.

Mangalore

• Overseeing the sales operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth across South Karnataka, Tumkur and Bangalore Extension regions.
• Developing periodic business plans & strategies i.e., retail strategy, in coordination with macro plans of organization; handling exclusive outlets and ensuring effective OD/TO in respective territory.
• Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market; working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
