RESPONSIBILITIES:Estimate of work involved and execute task of preparing design and drawings according to Clint requirements.Concept finalization & DAP Approval with respect to Clint requirement.Involving in Structural design (Upper & under Carriage, Cabin, Boom & Stick) Preparing Machine layout.Involving in the final Tier-4 engine integration(Exhaust filters, DEF Tank ) Support the team leader in design reviews & OEM components (Cylinders, Valves, Hyd. Fittings, etc.,) selection process Maintain communication and develop on-going contacts with Manager as required.Creating different types of concepts using 2D drawing & 3D CAD modeling.Understanding and preparing the drawings of Material Handling machines such as Upper & Under carriage, Cabin, Boom, Stick, Counter Weight Fuel Tank Hydraulic Tank & Covers.
