As a Community Operations Associate at Dunzo, I have end-to-end channel ownership and complete knowledge of the entire delivery partner experience process. I identify and escalate process issues and tech bugs to the relevant teams for long-term resolution. I also provide refunds to partners who incur any losses while delivering the products and facilitate their bank details changes for salary convenience.I have a Bachelor's of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Vijayanagara Sri Krishna devaraya university, where I learned the fundamentals of accounting, finance, and business. Before joining Dunzo, I worked as a Store Manager cum Accountant at Last Stop Lounge, where I documented financial transactions, prepared financial reports, maintained accounting controls, and managed a team of over 15 staff. I also volunteered at DRK Landesverband Westfalen-Lippe e.V., where I participated in an international pedagogical program covering various topics such as development policy, globalization, peace, and sustainable development goals. I am passionate about wildlife conservation, social policy, and business correspondence, and I have acquired skills in British Sign Language and Banking.
