Prashanth B.S. is a dedicated Research Scholar and Assistant Professor in the Information Science and Engineering Department at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Bangalore, India. He is pursuing a Ph.D. focused on "Detecting and Localizing Model Decay due to Concept Drift in Deep Neural Networks." With a strong foundation in Computer Science, Prashanth holds an M.Tech degree from Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology and a B.E. from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering.His research interests span areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology, particularly on adaptive systems and predictive accuracy in dynamic environments. He has a diverse portfolio of publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. His recent works address complex topics like IoT-driven automation, COVID-19 data analysis, and advancements in deep learning.Prashanth has also contributed to various funded projects, including developing algorithms for clinical feature extraction and pattern recognition, supported by the Vision Group of Science and Technology (VGST), Karnataka.
