Technical Account Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Account Management for Field Service Management, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking products • Analyze customer requirements & suggest upgrades to meet their expectations.• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Provide technical support for customers during pre-sales and post-sales.• Customer Training to use products effectively.• Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.• Develop proposals for RFPs.• Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.• Liaise with external consultants/vendors in planning and implementation of various activities.• Assisting BDMs with maintaining relationships, negotiating and finalizing technical standards.• Track account metrics.Achievements:• Implementation of Al Rostamani International Exchange web portal and mobile application.• ADIB online portal integration with Master card, Dubai Trade Rosoom and UAE Central Bank (UAEPGS) Payment Gateway, reconciliation and settlement modules.• Generated several Change Requests in Mobile/SMS Banking through proactive selling within the accounts managed, there by bringing additional revenue to the company.• Fast track FMS Grid go live for customers ENERFLEX, LOGIC UTILITIES, MELSA.
