Key Responsibilities through my carrier and current position.• Reporting to Head of Projects day to day works and targets.• Efforts to achieve the Quality Assurance & Control measures at site.• Adhere to site HSE plans & ensure implementation of all safety measures at site.• Coordination with site Quantity surveyors for Quantity take off and placing material order. • Verify the works completed against the bills raised by sub-contractors.• Planning of daily, weekly activities and setting targets to achieve for execution team. • Execution of work as per the approved drawings• Review and consent all test reports.• Manpower allocation and material follow-up for the site activities as per CL-14 schedule to avoid delays.• Coordination with MEP and Finishing works sub-contractors with proper clearances.• Coordination with Consultant for inspections and approvals during the execution of works• Monitor the progress & recommend alternate actions in case of obstruction during execution.
