· Sourcing and screening profiles per the job specifications from the paid and free job portals, social networking sites and internal database and through referrals. (Ex. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster Etc.)· Short listing the profiles with the maximum accuracy and filling the requirements.· Develops and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and associates.· Updating and maintaining the records in the internal database on an ongoing basis
