The Key Responsibilities of a Hospitality Monitor include : 1. Conducting regular inspections of trains and railway stations to ensure that catering and hospitality services are being provided as per IRCTC's guidelines and standards. 2. Co-ordinating with catering contractors,vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that food ,beverages and other services are of high quality and meet the expectations of passengers. 3.Ensuring that food and beverages are prepared,stored,and served in hygienic conditions and that proper safety standards are being followed. 4.Addressing customer complaints and feedback related to catering and hospitality services and taking corrective action to improve service quality. 5.Maintaining records and documentation related to catering and hospitality services and preparing reports for senior management. 6.Conducting training sessions and workshops for catering staff and vendors to ensure that they are aware of IRCTC's policies and standrads and can provide high quality service to passengers . Overall the role of Hospitality Monitor is critical in ensuring that passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience on Indian Railways,and that catering and hospitality services are provided in safe,hygienic,and Customer Friendly manner.

Responsible for restaurant operations, production, shift and inventory management. Handle customer services and delivery. • Responsible for overall smooth operations in terms of P & L, indenting, inventory management, labour cost, SOP audits, training.• Ensure all budgets are met and cost controlled and at every opportunity maximize revenue, focusing on MCP (Managers Controllable Profit) and trying best to increase profit.• Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team • Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions • Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program• Interviews and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction• Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs • Champions recognition and motivation efforts • Maintaining daily reports like DSR, Inventory reports, Food cost sheet, Inventory report, Actual versus Ideal tracking.
