CurrentThe Key Responsibilities of a Hospitality Monitor include : 1. Conducting regular inspections of trains and railway stations to ensure that catering and hospitality services are being provided as per IRCTC's guidelines and standards. 2. Co-ordinating with catering contractors,vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that food ,beverages and other services are of high quality and meet the expectations of passengers. 3.Ensuring that food and beverages are prepared,stored,and served in hygienic conditions and that proper safety standards are being followed. 4.Addressing customer complaints and feedback related to catering and hospitality services and taking corrective action to improve service quality. 5.Maintaining records and documentation related to catering and hospitality services and preparing reports for senior management. 6.Conducting training sessions and workshops for catering staff and vendors to ensure that they are aware of IRCTC's policies and standrads and can provide high quality service to passengers . Overall the role of Hospitality Monitor is critical in ensuring that passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience on Indian Railways,and that catering and hospitality services are provided in safe,hygienic,and Customer Friendly manner.
