Net, JAVA, J2EE, XML, VB)/Software developers/Graphic Designers/ CRM/ERP/ Business Objects/ Globus /VC++/Financial CA/Business Analysts/Technical writers/Documentation specialists/Administrative staff/Technical Recruiters,.Source: Direct recruitment, Portal Recruitment, Campus Recruitment, Consultants, vendors for contract hiring. • Implement recruitment / staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc• Leading efforts to improve hiring numbers while maintaining quality of employees.• Working closely with managers to implement suggestions for improvements in process. • Low turnaround time from sourcing to closure of candidate.• Evaluate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.• Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.• Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators.MIS:Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers and Seniors.Handling Introduction to Induction programs for new joiners Training:Training needs, calendar both for Internal & External Training, coordination assessment.
