Prashanth Kumar has an IT industry experience of about 24 years primarily In the systems, Systems engineering, Enterprise Architecture ,ITSM and Service transformation ,cloud enablement, AiOps and relavant implementation areas .He has a strong engineering background and holds various certifications. For over seven years of his career ,Prashanth was a part of the HP R&D labs handling various product developments and solution's in heterogeneous/Hybrid IT environments, including various virtualization products, Systems management ,ITSM,IAAS/PAAS and the Systems Center portfolio. He has varied expertise in end to end solutioning of heterogeneous environments and has been involved in various projects executed for many clients in different geographic locations. He brings in rich expertise and in depth knowledge on various operating systems, Applications, software components ,Monitoring and ITSM Tools, Service management ,along with detailed knowledge on HP and Non-HP hardware and networking components including Hyper converged infra. He also spent three years as a Senior Architect at the Cloud and the virtualization Centre of excellence within Mphasis .He currently heads the Innovation and transformation within the Digital operations tower and also the architect and owner of the integrated service delivery platform "InfraGenie" which is a fully integrated platform including but not limited to monitoring ,ITOM,ITSM,Predictive analytics,AiOps ,Cloud management and Three tiers of automation including autonomics based automation and fulfilling the cloud and cognitive vision for Mphasis customers
