Responsible for Supervising all TRS, Rental & WBCO Job load outs at OWS Base, preparing Supervise and Select suitably trained personnel to carry out casing and tubing running operations at rig site installations, within the client’s time specification in compliance with the Competence Assurance System. Get TRS crews ready prior to going to rig site with job specific details. On returning from rig a full debrief is an essential requirement for this position to enable any issues to be addressed and gain valuable lessons learned. Review the customer equipment requirements and ensure the equipment requested is suitable for the specific ongoing operations and sufficient back up equipment is on location to successfully complete the operation to a quality and safe standard. Ensure field performance, service quality and meeting the customer’s requirements in the operations are achieved in accordance with approved industry standards, quality procedures and within industry safety guidelines. Delegate responsibilities and tasks within the team as appropriate to the team. Responsible for all paper work associated with Ordering material, prepare required equipment and spare parts for further jobs. Prepare Daily, Monthly and Annual operations reports. Provides carrying out of TRS works by crews, observance of the established production, fulfillment of the work and service, rhythmic production of high quality. Organizes preparation of production in time, appropriate shipment of the equipment. Analyzes the results of industrial activity of the location for shift, reasons which can occur standby of the equipment and service quality decrease, takes part in working out and introduction corrective actions. Organizes operative calculation of the products on location & tasks fulfillment.

Responsible for Supervising all Fishing Job load outs at OWS Base, preparing equipment load outs, planning Fishing tool utilization, liaising with customers on a day to day basis for preparation of Fishing Tool Packages. Building good business relationships with operators, ensuring all invoicing for Fishing department is conducted in a timely manner. Managing the Fishing inventory and replenishing stocks when necessary in a timely manner and reporting on a weekly basis consumption and utilization of inventory and asset levels to line management, ensuring adequate stock of Fishing & Remedial Tools in Erbil Base at all times and to ensure that OWS Fishing Equipment and Inventory are all fully serviced, maintained, inspected to OWS Standards and to report any . Be responsible for recording all equipment repairs and breakdown’s, and advising the team of any anomalies found. to ensure that the tracking of all equipment repairs are accounted for and accurate. Assist in the control of non-conformance reports connected to equipment failures. Be knowledgeable of all Company safety policies and procedures that pertain to this area of responsibility. To maintain a quality service for both your external and internal customers.. Assist in carrying out spot audits on the quality of information held in the data bases. Must ensure that all equipment repair records are retained in a professional manner. Participate in general meetings as necessary.
