Tasks and Responsibilities:• Strategic Direction, Leadership & people management• Define and communicate the strategic direction for the area and rest of Novozymes• Build and maintain good relations with line of business based on defined service levels and governance frame work• Resource mobilization and capacity management• Participate in Steering committee overseeing projects execution• Regular team meetings to ensure solid knowledge of the area direction• Provide mentoring and leadership to all Managers in IT India• Performance management through agreed SLA’s and KPI’s• Resource management; Align with IT PMO and provide resources for project execution by ensuring competency pool is managed against demand• Resource back up thereby managing competencies across technologies to minimize risk and optimize flexibility• Participate in IT Leadership meetings and provide inputs towards strategy and alignment Process and Quality management:• Overseeing operational processes are well managed and delivers• Oversee that ticket, incident, problem management cases, applications change processes are well managed• Continuous improvement and process optimization within our service delivery by applying First time right policy and agile methodologies, therby reducing unit cost and securing scalability• Moving team towards agile methodologiesScrum and Devops) thereby bringing efficiency within available capacity and improving customer satisfaction• Customer complaints review and prepare root cause analysis• Ensure organization readiness in connection with internal and external audits• Ensure team adheres to quality and defined processes Budget control:• Build, control and manage budget and cost estimates• Responsible for the monthly cost follow up and ensuring that cost is always within overall budget limits as agreed with CIO

 Overall responsible for factory maintenance, statutory compliance Material planning as per business forecast, market dynamics Working n SAP APO, SD, MM and FI-CO Daily management of production activities Production planning and scheduling Procurement Vendor development and management Customs clearance and related activities Handling exports Inventory management, warehouse management Customer support activities like order management, return processing, credits/debits etc. Handling customer complaints, root cause analysis etc. Compliance management like drug control, GMP, EHS, etc. Budget management Responsible for warehousing and logistics ISO Quality standards including GMP standards
