Roles & Responsibilities :• Handling end-to-end IT/ Technical recruitment.• Having experience into Permanent Staffing• End to End Recruitment SPOC for Antworks.• Individual contributor role & Handled 5 Member Team. • Worked in Mindtree for 2 Months for RPO. • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times jobs & LinkedIn also through Reference.• Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience.• Communicating to candidates to find out their suitability as per requirement and also to• know their interest.• Searching resumes through internal databases , references and external entities like, Mass• Mailing through job boards, Job Posting.• Screening, filtering & short listing resumes according to Client specifications. Briefing the• candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc...• Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview.• Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Scheduling face-to-face and telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates and send• interview call letters for the same• Follow up the candidates till they complete all the rounds of interview• Follow up the selected candidates till they join to the requirement of the clients.• Preparing and updating tracker of the selected candidates regarding their offer status anddate of joining.• Responsible for requirement fulfillment, delivery and completion.• Vendor Meeting, Business Development Activities etc.
