As the founder and CEO i built the business from scratch with a vision to digitally enable and provide affordable technology solutions to the Agricultural worlds. We currently provide field automation, procurement, ERP and payment technologies for Agri business that work with farmers. Our products are actively used by several agri businesses and plantation companies accross Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Was responsible for setting up management insights framework and BI reporting for the organization. Initiated several interactive reports and dashboards for the executive management to access real time actionable insights. Was also responsible for strategizing the customer churn analytics to improve active client base.

Mclarens is one of the leading diversified conglomerates in Sri Lanka with primary focus on maritime logistics. I was responsible for setting up the digital transformation strategy for the group. Worked on several internal process improvements by digitizing manual processes and also launched the first even online freight forwarding app in Sri Lanka.
