CurrentReporting to Sr. Manager (Unit Head) responsible for to provide support and advice to staff & business partners with regard to all aspect of safety.Conducting Central safety committee Meetings.Safety patrolling on daily basis and initiation of action on Safety violation findings as per Company policy. Coordinating the OHS related performances in the daily routines, conducting the assessments for manufacturing plant and depot.Responsible for leading the company’s SHE-InitiativesConducting Audits at the plant and depots aligning the mandatory safety normsLeading the Contractors management centre as a key project as a part of the Contractual safety management system mitigating the challenges among varied Contractors management requirements.Tracking and investigation of Near Miss, first aid cases, and safety accidents in compliance with the legal and PSIPL operating requirements.Promoting and organizing programs to develop and maintain the interest of the workers in establishing and maintaining the safe conditions of work and proceduresProjects: Provide HSE input at each step of the projects, proceed with regular projects reviews, construction site inspections and assist with transition projects to new sites.Identify training gaps and expertise support needs at affiliate, plant levels and organize training sessions using Central HSE specialists as well as local professionals when availableImplement Process Safety Management, Behaviour Based Safety, and Infra Projects in Fall Protection, Fire Protection (Hydrant System, Sprinklers, Detection & Suppression System) Implementation, and Safety Engagement Programs.Frontend Team Safety Program:Conduction safety Trainings on various topics (Near Miss report, Safety induction, Height work, Hot work, confined space etc)Occupational Safety Engagements: Design & Observance of All National Safety Week/Campaigns.Celebrating the Fire Safety Week month of April every Year.
