Identifying the bottleneck, implement suitable solution to the process.• Listing the clarifications and interacting with customer to clarify the same.• Checking and verifying all the extruded aluminum profiles dimensions as per the SAP drawing using precession instruments.• Provide quality department support to Design validation & product development processes. Provide input into and continuous improvement activities• Effective control of man power. The selection of new vendors and analyzes/report their on-going Performance.• Managing preventative action.• Involved in reduction of rejection and rework by different problem solving. Updating the reports of above points in SAP.• Coordinating with customers who are coming for the customer inspection of the materials.• Finding out the hardness of aged Aluminum profiles using BHN (Brinell Hardness Number) machine and also tensile strength by UTM (Universal Testing Machine).• Checking the aged profiles hardness using Webster.• Knowledge about 7QC tools.
