This role entails managing the Support channel Network of a premier MNC brand of Personal systems and printers. This profile involves the vendor management, analytics and the customer management. Responsibilities: Tracking open calls, drive partners and ensuring timely call closure for the customers. Responsible for meeting the E2E call closure TAT for the region assigned. With the help effective vendor management processes, successfully established the on time service, quality, cost to meet the customer satisfaction as well as the vendor satisfaction. Daily / weekly engagement with the vendors to monitor the performance, ensure the guidelines by HP are followed, provide feedback and develop relationships through effective communication, honesty, and integrity. Responsible for tracking and on time closure of the customer escalations reached to the HP executives. Monitoring and driving 6C & WIP with partners and relationship with regional consumer sales.  Responsible for the new / change in process communications to the partner / vendor community and ensuring their adherences  Effectively managed the Key Accounts nationally and created the account support plans to ensuring high customer satisfaction through delivery Accountable for the product performance at the major accounts by escalating the quality issues to the technical team and arrive at the permanent fixture to enhance the customer experience. Entrusting with the responsibility for Net Promoter Scores on the key accounts and actively coordinate with various suppliers for regular back-to-back support and services.
