Current Report all non-compliance to the CONTRACTOR rig manager immediately Routine check on daily basis of all air stations to assure that the pressure on the system is as according to standard practice. The recommended station (cascade and manifolds) pressure shall be between 90 and 120 psi. Inspect each assigned breathing apparatus for correct location readiness and cleanness. Ensure the breathing apparatus is easily accessible to anyone trying to gain access to it in event of an alert. Check Company’s Gas Detection System components on daily basis to assure that they are in good working order. Monitor the monthly calibration performed by third party for quality assurance& report any deficiencies immediately to the COMPANY MAN. Be located at the shale shaker with an SCBA and colorimetric tube detector and tubes to monitor all bottoms-up when encountering any possible H2S bearing zones at trips, drilling breaks, well flows and other moments that there are indications of possible problems with the well. Ensure being on floor during all core barrel retrievals until completion. Attend all pre job safety meetings and tool box meetings. Maintain a clean environment, proper house-keeping inside as well as outside the unit. Maintain readiness of breathing air compressor by running for 10 to 15 minutes per day and log usage.
