Roles and Responsibility:Vocational Skill Development 1. To develop training centers network for Vocational Skill training across the country2. To explore & tie up with Industrial Training Institute & other Vocational Training Institute for Vocational skill development program. 3. To forge strategic partnership tie ups with suitable organization4. To ensure that all India annual target for Vocational Training centers is achieved & Monitored5. Up gradation of existing vocational training centers.6. Training of Trainers : To upgrade skill of trainers in advanced7. Support training partners to set-up Lab and infrastructure of vocational skill training centers8. To coordinate for assessment & certification of trained students9. Web based MIS tool : Reporting and performance monitoring of training program 10. Create a community of trained candidates11. Improve the Training InfrastructureVocational Entrepreneur Skill deveoplement program 1. Support trained electricians to run their own business in remote village.2. Implement Entrepreneur Network in Micro Grid Installation Employment support to trainees from Vocational skill training centers.1. Initiating process to identify the manpower forecast from Hiring team2. Share the forecast with Training Partners3. Creating Tracking mechanism with Recruiter & Training Partner for Follow-up on candidates hired.4. Link Partner Organization with Training Centers5. To force tie up with prospective employers- External and Internal6. To organize Internship & placement for trainees- External and InternalRural electrification2. Electrify 500 households in south regionEmployee engagement in CSR activities• Engagement of employees and Management in Vocational Training program ( Factory visits , Certification Ceremony )•

• Establish linkages with referral networks for various services. • Conducting field monitoring the partner NGOs training activities• Reporting and Documentation. • Skill building activities for Partner NGOs• Pre Assessment for new projects• Post funding assessment

• Developing Field Plan and assisting the field Staff in their work. • Providing technical support to Staff. • Organizing Training Programs based on the needs of the Staff • Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the project. • Filed Monitoring and developing the strategies for effective program implementation. • Reporting and Documentation. • Analyzing the data and sharing the findings of the analysis with the team and developing new strategies

• Over all in charge of the Project activities including capacity building of the staff through conducting required trainings. • Project Monitoring and Documentation of activities. • Developing effective network with stakeholders by conducting regular meeting. • Planning, implementation and budgeting of the project.
