• Manage enquiry, suggest best cooling solution based on the application.• Perform Thermal design calculation of Heat exchanger and sizing on software.• Designed cooling package for Drill Rigs,Compressors,hydraulic Power pack etc.•Generate drawing for customized solutions & handle the project till prototype is approved. • Developed 3D models, 2D drawings for SBS Cooler, LAC, LHC, LDC & LOC Cooler using Autodesk inventor. •Developed External Bypass for 3lpm pump. Managing various entities like Creating BOM, GA & Production Drawing. Managing Design documents as per ISO Standard.• My role also involves in terms of supporting the team with respect to knowledge sharing, selection of Cooler, working procedure, speaking with customer on technical front, customer support.

• Creation & verification of part process drawing for prototype gears referring Design & Manufacturing standards Using AutoCAD. Creation of documents required for new process development such as Root cards, Corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) documents, Control plans, Process failure modes and effects analysis documents, Check sheets etc.• Technical review & follow up actions with (New Process Development) NPD team. Developed new part process approval documents for prototype manufacturing of Case Hardened Gears, Tempered Gears, Pump Gear Shafts, Timer Gears, Sprockets and gears for customer like MAN Diesel & Turbo, David Brown, Caterpillar, Indian Railway, Metso etc.• Accountable for the design and development of complex projects. Includes ensuring that contributing estimates are of a coherent quality of delivery, providing realistic inputs into delivering within agreed timelines and budgets and adequately documenting delivery. • Core team member on sustaining engineering projects with technical ownership of R&D deliverables and leading technicians. Identify the best tools and approaches to effectively solve engineering problems to develop designs by leveraging appropriate mix of first analytical and experimental methods.
