• End to End project management of 7-8 content partners right from onboarding, kick off calls between technology teams, content ingestions and go live of the content in general entertainment and sports categories, in a period of 6 months.• Working with Product and Engineering teams, Content, Marketing teams for visibility of the content on the platform, so that the right content is targeted to the right audience.• Overlooking Technical integration, content ingestion & reporting of viewership & revenue numbers.• Coordinating with cross functional teams including tech, content ops & marketing to collaborate on proposition of content placement for growth in reach & to increase advertising revenue.• Analyzing data on a daily level to understand behavior & suggesting various methods to increase reach & visibility of partner content. • Working closely with content acquisitions team to procure best suitable content for the platform as per user engagement.• Launched 53776 SMS & IVR based subscriptions services across Operators including On deck services for Vodafone & Idea on operator short codes.• Introduced Vernacular languages for SMS & IVR services for Sports content on Idea. Achievements• Increased revenue by 10 times by changing Pricing model for Vodafone Sports. Achieved in spite of the constrains of in-house sites - starsports.com & hotstar.com - same content was available for Free.• Substantial increase in revenue achieved by launching Vernacular language content for IVR & SMS.
