•Leading a team of 4 Project Managers and 10 Site engineers. Head of Project Management Department. •Plan, schedule, monitor, control and update progress of project ensure that all activities are being accomplished in-line with the schedule in accordance with stipulated project specifications and requirements.•Handling multiple projects of diversified nature at a single time.•To take ownership of defined packages of project (or) project in entirety.•Ensure all pre order requisites are captured in the budget and raise concerns to respective stake holders for re-validation on any miss outs.•Organize internal and external kick off meetings with respective stake holders to discuss and resolve any problem / bottlenecks that may arise during the course of the project execution.•Ensure that project specific requirements and procedures are communicated to all parties, team members, sub-contractors, etc., and that all activities are coordinated to ensure meeting the common project objectives.•Co-ordinate with engineering team for timely submission of drawings & BOQs.•Co-ordinate with client for the approval of all submitted documents.•Involve in sourcing of vendors for project material procurement and sub contracts, wherever necessary to ensure procurement is in-line with customer approved vendor list.•Provide Job cars to workshop team and ensure co-ordination for timely production of equipments. •Make and share project progress reports to customers.•Track procurements to expedite timely delivery of project materials. Analyze delays in Procurement of Critical and Long Lead items.•Identify and evaluate additional scope. Raise variations requests to customer.•Coordinate with logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to site.•Client inspection co-ordination. Ascertain dispatch documents as per customer incoterms to destined site locations.•Ensure timely execution of activities at site.•Project Handover sign off with customer. Final Payment collection.

 Monitoring and executing the projects w.r.t. demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure timely execution of the projects Accountable for preparing and reviewing P&ID,IDC, material take-off, valve data sheets, purchase specifications and material requisition, vendor design data, etc. Entrusted with the responsibility of handling:o Execution of Piping, Air cooled heat exchangers from Procurement to Installation at site.o Review of Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) and preparation of hydro test loop files. o All piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessaryo Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawingso Working in coordination with other Disciplines in site, Assist Design Department in solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field
