Roles and Responsibilities: - System Study: - Product Implementation and configuration- Analyze the technical framework of the various systems used by the project team and implement a mechanism to streamline the integration. - To report and resolve with the internal team new requirements and bugs if any during the deployment.-.System administration and maintenance.- User Training on WrenchENT software and troubleshooting user-related issues.
