People Operations Manager
Current- Lead a team of 17 HR professionals in providing comprehensive HR support, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
- Implement and continually optimize HRSC processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality, resulting in a 100% improvement in response time and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives, such as performance management systems, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Oversee the HRSC budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the HRSC's performance, driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HRSC staff, including training and development, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
