• Handling import, Export shipments clearance, registration and Assessment of duty paid and duty free shipments
• Coordinating with stores for packing and forwarding
• Coordinating with all CHAs for collecting all the import documents (bills of entry) for all the cleared shipments.
• Providing the documents to customs/STPI for bonding the shipment in time.
• Coordinating with compliance team and CHA for collecting the re-warehousing certificates for all the import shipments, closing the bond in time and issuing block transfer for future import shipments (EOU Procedures).
• Issuing self declaration & EVD form for (cargo mode shipments) avoided the delay in clearance.
