With an ambition to automate a lot of business processes using cloud APIs, machine learning and deep learning, we worked with enterprises in India to automate various business processes and improved efficiencies drastically.- Collaborated with tech and design teams, and launched 15 enterprise-grade solutions- Conducted customer interviews and process audits in enterprises, identified automation opportunities- Managed 6-member project management and QA team and achieved 85% on-time delivery by automating several testing tasks and adhering to agile principles- Established service portfolio, and sales collaterals, acquired new customers, upgrading existing customers to new services, and scaled the organization from 3 to 30 employees in 3 years- Conducted SWOT analysis, and user interviews, analyzed data on our new product hypothesis and pivoted the whole business to SAAS, signed up 50 early adopters, and launched the beta version in 6 months

Fascinated by technology and the kind of value the applications can do to supply chain and logistics, I wanted to start a journey of my own to disrupt the way food delivery works. My only motive is to solve one question "How can I deliver home-cooked food within 20 minutes as soon as one asks for it?"Gingerbuds was an on-demand Food delivery App with the consumer promise to deliver Exotic meals in 10 minutes. It was scaled up to 100 lunches per day in Powai, Mumbai in April'16 and had about 2,000 downloads with 4.7 ratings on Playstore.I have designed the Consumer assets of Gingerbuds including Android, iOS apps, and Enterprise Mobile applications with the help of my partner which includes optimization of the delivery network.Also, we have developed a dynamic pricing mechanism on the basis of user/location/item, optimization for wastage, the distance between the consumer and the van, and the idle delivery capacity. Prior to Gingerbuds, had test-marketed Kitchenvilla in Kharghar as an MVP. The Tech stack was built from Mar'15 and the pilot was live from April'15 till Aug'15.Led Supply and Sourcing including building a menu of 350+ items through rigorous training and testing process. I had managed inventory and a team of 15 chefs with strict quality and quantity checking process and have built a no-fatigue dynamic menu by effectively optimizing conversion ratesBeing a very high burn business model, which we have not thought about before and we being tech enthusiasts who do not want to solve problems of ground operation management, food management, etc, We have sold the software applications to various vendors and started our next journey

After some experience in the manufacturing sector, I really got convinced that small optimizations can bring a large value in the whole supply chain. But I have realized that the designs and design structures for huge manufacturing factories were established for more than 50 years in the market and it is very unlikely to make changes in the machinery design that has been there for such a long time. So with that, I have invested my entire time in Energo on using software and code to automate their design, internal processes with respect to the projects • Designed CAD layouts and 3D models for various equipment using AUTOCAD andSOLIDWORKS in such a way that we can re-use them quick to develop other models for other projects• Created detailed Bill of Quantities as per Technical specifications during pre-bidding stagesfor various projects and also coordinated with 8-10 Vendors and Material management team in clearing indents for mechanical equipment by listing out the quality and cost comparatives • Automated comparison of features of various vendors with CPP code which saved more than 4 hours of time every day
