About Prashanth “Pvk” Krishnaswami
I'm perpetually excited by technology, storytelling, and design. As a SaaS professional, over the last decade or so, I've been fortunate to have a front row view of how the contextual application of technology can transform the customer experience. Across several projects spanning my career, I've managed, contributed to and shaped the marketing, product, and CX strategies of the products at Zoho. This includes identifying additional lines of revenue through product positioning, leading the go-to-market efforts for products and bundles, using content to generate a growing pipeline of demand, managing a customer reference program to build credibility in the marketplace, and developing pricing models using first-and-third-party data. Through the years, I've hired and managed teams of impressive people across marketing, data, editorial, design, and business development, many of whom have subsequently grown to lead key cross-functional initiatives within the company and outside. I engage the analyst community on behalf of Zoho, and speak regularly at events around the world on customer experience and digital transformation. I'm curious about the cultures and beliefs of people, and have been to about 30 cities across a dozen countries. As a result, I've probably also learnt a thing or two about which airlines are good and which are terrible!
