Taking the responsibility for assisting Finance Manager and Accountants with Business Accounting Activities. This includes raising, sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments.▪️Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.▪️Recording and filing cash transactions (fund transfers).▪️Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.▪️Preparing actual cash flow weekly.▪️Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.▪️Checking and Recording Loan Risk Fund (LRF) transactions and payments.▪️Preparing Loan Risk Fund Reconciliation. ▪️Ensuring Inter company cost sharing payments, amounts and records are correct.▪️Checking monthly accounts for branches. ▪️Preparing Excess payment work.▪️Money market interest calculations.▪️Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.▪️Any other duties asserted by company to support operations.
