Current• Organisation: Effectively plan and manage the project using VFX production pipeline organisation software, be able to budget accurately.• Film Restoration: Along with Vfx, handled Restoration department at two locations. In Hyderabad (Pixel Film Restore India Pvt. Limited) and Chennai (Digital Film Restore).• Handled around 750 to 800 films in Restoration. Worked for most prestigious studios like Warner Bros, Paramount, and Technicolor, Deluxe, Sony, Cineric and many more.• Successful in delivering the projects on time as per the client schedule and expert in managing the team during rush deliveries of the projects.• Knowledge of VFX: understand all aspects of VFX pipelines, know the processes, the creative challenges and the software used by the artists.• Working with clients: communicate well with the film and TV and other producers, keep them informed it things don’t go to plan, be diplomatic, keep good relationships.• Leadership: Be confident in giving direction and leading a team, communicate well with everyone, and create a positive atmosphere within the team.• Problem-solving: anticipate any issues that might occur during the project, adapt to changing timescales and technical issues.• Collaborating with finance, product management, marketing, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals.• Demonstrated continuous improvement of performance, cost-effectiveness & compliance in the delivery of services to clients.• Partner with other members of the management team to execute the corporate strategic plans, mission, and vision of company.• Managing a team of 20+ resources that can drive business growth across all customer segments and jobs, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy to ensure quality is maintained and timely delivery of a project.• Maximizing reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way to meet SLAs
