Global Sales & Marketing Operations – Systems Effectiveness. The team is responsible for delivering efficient and effective systems that enable the sales and marketing process and give access to relevant foundational data that influences revenue attainment, improves the user experience & reduces cost. Responsibilities: • Channel & Partner Business Sales Operations part of Sales & Marketing Operations support team. • Enrolling & fostering Partner and guiding through process of life cycle of PartnerNet. • Includes creating Account, contacts, educating on every step to move ahead and achieve the most.• Helping Partner to achieve accreditation's & revenue target to get to next level and claim rebate programs. • Validating Opportunity/Deal for APJ region as per partner program• Answering queries & helping PAM for Channels to get the necessary view about the Partner • Coordinating with various departments like Program Manager, Partner Enablement Team, O2C, Program Manager, Supplier Admin Team, Global exam Team, Customer Care Department, Renewal and Quoting Team, Margin Builder Team to fulfill various request to get resolution as single point of communication for Partners & PSM/DSM.• Work extensively with Sales Finance on issues or discrepancies in the coverage model also processing monthly Rebate, GAR, RPR & Distributor payment processing which included creating CTA & invoices• Migrations & transition from onsite to onshore which included Documentation (SOP) creation. • Subject Matter Expert testing for User Acceptance Testing, representing APJ on all interfacing tools. Interacting with other teams like data quality & process improvement.• Hands on experience on tools like SFDC, OSC, Oracle 11i & 12r, Business Objects (OBIEE & CHRM) etc.

• Responsible for handling inbound interaction from external and internal customers.• Responsibilities mainly include answering incoming calls, emails and chat from Enterprise (business-to-business) customers, quickly establishing customer requirements and thereby advising the customer on the best solution to their issue. Also routing customers to the relevant departments.• Perform initial triage of customer cases with documented solutions and/or workarounds.• Identify self-service opportunities for customers. Identify self-service documentation gaps.• A strong focus lies on filtering incoming calls, depending on the customer's technical support entitlement• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
