Current- Executing Structural Analysis of Turbo Assembly and Peripheral Components. - Performing Non-Standard Analysis and correlation/model calibration with field data. - Leading and Mentoring FEA team. - Managing team of Design & CAE engineers to meet customer requirements and ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.- Managing resource utilization as per organizational standards and meet revenue projections targets.- Provide detailed project status updates to stakeholders and executive management.- Draft project reports (Weekly Status & Monthly Status) to identify successful outcomes, insights and future recommendations.- Prepare and submit project invoices for review and approval.- Co-ordinating with Talent Acquistion Group (TAG) for resource hiring, shortlisting profiles. Conduct interviews and ensure resource fulfillment for identified positions.- Outline Roles & Responsibilities of team members. Performance evaluation, plan and implement individual development plan (IDP).- Ensure correct processes and data management practices are being followed.
