My academic journey has provided me with a solid foundation in design thinking and practical experience through internships focused on product analysis and enhancement.As a Product Analyst Intern at Indiagold, I improved customer experience and operational efficiency through strategic automations and UI/UX enhancements. I achieved a 61% reduction in first response time (FRT) by increasing the outbound auto-dialer connection rate by 9.8 times and 6.75 times during auto-call events. My efforts resulted in a 57% boost in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a 14% reduction in turnaround time (TAT) through customer support automation. I minimized missed calls by 48% through refined IVR timing and enhanced agent active time by one hour per agent. I also increased monthly revenue by 1.15% and personal finance revenue by 3.2% with a new feature for partial ornament releases, boosting user retention by 11% and average loan tenure by 14%. I automated the Loan Management System (LMS) to 100%, improving the collection team’s efficiency by 30%, and developed a Product Requirement Document (PRD) for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for role-based access.Before that, I interned at Finsire, leading the development of an asset-based credit score. I created a deep learning model using ANN that achieved 96% accuracy in predicting credit scores. My exploratory data analysis on over 30,000 entries guided feature prioritization and risk differentiation. I also developed a Vehicle Valuation System with 92% accuracy and built a web scraping pipeline to extract data from over 500,000 cars.I had a brief stint as an ML Research Intern at IIM Ahmedabad, where I developed a corruption score machine learning model, achieving a 0.71 R² using XGBoost in predicting the Corruption Perception Index (CPI).I am eager to learn new skills and aspire to become a product leader, contributing to the growth and innovation of the Indian startup ecosystem.
