CurrentPractising in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as an Advocate on Record. Here are the main responsibilities and functions that I handle as an Advocate on Record:1. Filing Petitions: I do drafting and filing of petitions, applications, and other legal documents on behalf of my clients in the Supreme Court. These may include Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Review Petitions, Transfer Petitions, Applications for appointment of Arbitrators in International Commercial Arbitration, Writ Petitions, and various other appeals and applications.2. Court Appearances: I have the authority to represent my clients in court hearings before the Supreme Court. I present arguments, make submissions, and advocate on behalf of my clients during the course of the case.3. Case Management: I manage the case throughout its various stages, including preparing case briefs, gathering relevant documents, coordinating with clients and other lawyers as needed, and ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines.4. Liaising with Clients: As the primary point of contact, I communicate with the clients, providing updates on case progress, explaining legal strategies, and advising them on the best course of action.5. Legal Research: I conduct in-depth legal research to build a strong case and support my arguments effectively. I analyze relevant laws, precedents, and case judgments to strengthen my client's position.6. Briefing Senior Advocates: In certain cases, I do engage Senior Advocate to argue the matter before the court. In such cases I brief the Senior Advocate, providing them with all the necessary information and arguments related to the case.7. Compliance and Documentation: I ensure compliance with procedural requirements, prepare affidavits and maintain proper documentation related to the case.
