Entry of all CM and PM related data for electrical equipment in oracle system.10) Preparing of Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures, checklists and risk analysis sheets.

My Job responsibilities during this period were: • Review of Electrical drawings like SLD's, Hazardous area classifications, power and control layout drawings, substation layouts, equipment layouts like transformer, switch gear, bus ducts etc.• Review of engineering calculations like load flow, transformer sizing, switch gear ratings, NGR ratings, and ratings of other associated equipment.• Contracts: Developing the Necessary SOR, finding necessary vendors and their profiles and raising the Service requisitions to the commercial department for awarding the contracts to the necessary vendors.• Inspection of electrical equipment at vendor's premises in case of major equipment and testing the same at vendor's premises for routine and type test.• Erection of all the equipment such as cables, power and distribution transformers up to 50 MVA, Switchgears (33KV/6.6KV/415V), lighting, earthing and lightning system, Batteries, chargers and UPS • Erection of special equipment like motor operated valve actuators, Cathodic Protection system, Heat tracing system, VFD's and lighting system.• Identification and segregation of emergency load on basis of criticality index of equipment, calculation of size of DG set for the same as well as erection and commissioning of DG set.• Testing and commissioning of these erected equipment and problem solving of the teething problems.• Billing and vigilance: Necessary checking of the jobs of the other plants with necessary material reconciliations and services.
