I was the founding partner of one of the first few advisory firms licensed by SCA wherein I have provided CFO support to various entities and arranged credit facilities for various customers. We were engaged with the largest bank in UAE for credit due diligence of its wholesale banking customers to get enrolled as one of its preferred outsource partner.

I have been part of the top management team and lead various expansion and strategy projects both in UAE and overseas. I have also acted as representative of the shareholders to facilitate sale of a majority stake in the business wherein I gained extensive experience in the complete process including valuation, financial and legal due diligence and investor presentations.
