HEADING FINANCE AND INVENTORY DEPARTMENT-Preparation and reporting of Group Companies Financial Statements on Monthly basis as per the HK Law and HKFRS as well as China Factory and Branches -Review and coordination of Cash-Flow Forecast on regular intervals on weekly basis of Corporate Office as well as China Factory-Preparation and reporting of MIS reports like Ratios, Inventory and Financial health and BEP of the product Launch etc. -Preparing, Analyzing and reporting of necessary stock records to track the inward/outward movement of goods; conducting stock verification/ reconciliation during every month end.-Preparing reports on scrutinize the processes/procedural break downs in accounting system, operational divisions in the organisation as well as China Factory-Preparation and Review of Budgets and comparison of Budgets and Actual and reporting variance to the management and initiatives for Cost reduction.-Handled Additional Assessment by Inland Revenue Department Hong Kong-Regular Visit to Factory in China to review day to day operation is under control -Liaising with External Auditors and coordination to complete the audit on time by providing required information and record. -Preparation of Sales Analysis Report and follow up with Sales team for Customer outstanding amount on weekly basis.-Arrangement of Consortium Bankers Meeting, participate in the meeting, preparing minutes of the meeting-Implementation of new System for Purchase and RM data maintenance for internal control in the Inventory Department as well as in Factory.
