I am deeply passionate about innovation, with over 35 years of expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Excellence, and Innovation. My extensive career includes 12 years at India's leading passenger car manufacturer, Maruti-Suzuki India Limited, 19 years in a diversified group in the Middle East, and 4 years in an oil and gas company in the UAE. My mission is to coach and mentor young engineers and business executives in innovation management, transforming them into innovation leaders and entrepreneurs. I am committed to helping organizations develop and institutionalize innovation management systems and foster a culture of innovation.Currently, I am providing training in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, as well as lean management topics like Kanban, JIT, and Kaizen. Additionally, I offer guidance in management concepts such as Hoshin Kanri and Balanced Scorecard. I have also lent my consultancy services to organizations in the UAE for Business Excellence, including Dubai Quality Award and Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award.
