Clients put their trust in you when they spend their money with you. To me, that matters deeply. So I get very invested - some might say too invested! - in my clients’ success. I don’t offer them a place to stay overnight like I sometimes did when I was younger, but I still view my relationships with customers as friendships first. Yes, that means I get upset when things don’t go as well as they should or when we lose a deal. But that passion is what I try to build my clients’ trust in me and in GoldenSource upon.
