• Handling of ERP implementation requirements for Manufacturing module. Data migration support, user acceptance testing and end user training. ERP Up-gradation from Baan IV to Infor LN from client side. Resolution of ERP related issues of end-users.• Provide day-to-day assistance and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving ERP application-related issues.• Collaborate with users to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the ERP applications.• Participate in projects to enhance and optimize the functionality of ERP application, ensuring it is align with business objectives.

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research. Identify new product improvement opportunities. Analyse how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. • Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes. Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Responsible for product design, bill of material, specifications, value engineering, prototype development, testing and analysis, process flow diagram, control plan, inspection, engineering change management.• SAP implementation support from client side for Production Planning and Material Management module. Data migration support, user acceptance testing and end user training.
