Manage day to day operations and all related functionality of the Food & Beverage Department. Involved in pre-opening, recruitment, implement systems and strategies that would be influence departmental functionality and achieve business objectives.Participate and execute all finance activities including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, sales and incentive and up-selling activities.Performing quarterly and annual assessments of core team, strategizing and setting up departmental KPI's and outlaying the process strategies associated with these.
