• Designed the user interface for an intelligent all-in-one kitchen appliance - The Cook Processor Connect• The appliance won the CES® Best of Innovation award at CES 2019---• Worked on Global Brand Experience Language (GEBL) - a large scale brand definition project to create a consistent experience across an entire suite of Whirlpool brand products throughout the world• The products were a part of the award-winning suite of appliances launched at CES 2017

• Designed the data analytics dashboard for a SaaS application using Illustrator and Sketch• Worked closely with the CEO on all design deliverables and materials, and product strategies• Conducted guerrilla usability tests, and heuristic evaluations• Created, edited, and curated content for social media

The Broke App is a redesign of the current mobile banking application that allows banks to reach and teach college students how to build wealth for the future based on their current spending approaches.• Identified and interviewed 125+ target users which included college students, financial experts, and banks• Designed wireframes and interaction flows• Developed the Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP) using Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision• Developed a design language and created a design library (colors, typography, interactions, icons etc.)

Worked on Quantum Vue - A Facility Management Software• Worked with globally distributed agile teams, and delivered high quality of work in each iteration• Developed a UX plan, led scrum and retrospective meetings• Interviewed various stakeholders to determine user needs of Quantum, Lutron's large-scale commercial lighting & shade control system• Envisioned various personas and scenarios• Developed wireframes for a responsive web application used by Facility Managers to control and monitor their Quantum system • Designed workflows, and developed prototypes• Conducted usability testing to improve prototype designs• Coordinated with development and visual design teams to hand off specifications for implementation• Reviewed final implementations of the designs, and suggested necessary changes
